Two meets this week! Parent volunteers needed for Quad Meet on Wednesday

Quad Meet @ Annandale - Wednesday at 5:30 pm

·       We will need 3-4 parent volunteers for timing (we will provide the stopwatch)

·       Coaches will discuss competition assignments with athletes at practice Monday and Tuesday

·       There will be buses to the meet

Legard Relays @ WT Woodson - Saturday at 9:30 am

·       We have limited entries to this meet

·       Coaches will discuss competition assignments with athletes at practice this week

·       Meet information will be sent out mid-week.
