Sprinters who are not competing this weekend OR are only running on Saturday WILL have practice tomorrow at 2:30 on the track.
There is a MANDATORY practice on Monday - 4/15 at 3:00pm, please arrange for transportation, all sprinters are required to attend.
Athletes running at the Northern VA Invitational, bus leaves Friday afternoon at 2:30 pm. Bus leaves Saturday morning at 7:30 am.
Throwers will not practice on Monday, 4/15/13.
