Winter Break Training Expectations


During the Winter Break athletes are expected to keep up with their training regimen.  You have been working hard for the past month, in order to continue improving this season you will need to follow the training instructions provided to you by your respective events coaches..

There will be limited practices over the break, if you cannot attend practices you will need to check in with your coach to get the workout to complete on your own.  For the days there are not practice follow the training schedule provided.  Training schedules will be posted and emailed out.

Dates of practices (Times TBD)
Sprinters/Jumpers: Thursday 12/27, Friday 12/28, Monday 12/31
Distance: Wednesday 12/26 & Monday 12/31
