Important Information for Athletes

•                     Buses will depart West Potomac Parking Lot at 8:30 AM…we will not wait for athletes, all athletes competing in the field events, and 55m through 500m must ride the bus. 

•                     ATHLETES competing in the 1000m & after must arrive by 10:15 AM!!!!

•                     1/4 inch spikes are allowed.

•                     Dress warm and pack changes of clothes. YOU WILL BE OUTSIDE!!! Athletes should pack/wear several long sleeves and sweatshirts, along with shorts and t-shirts for inside the field house. Bring hats and gloves as well.  If you have a blanket you should bring that as well. Right now it looks like it will be 55-60 degrees, but you still need to be dressed warm.

•                     Remember your uniforms!

Important Information for Parents

•                     Admission is $5 (except for the 3-4 volunteer parent timers).

•                     This meet will operate on a rolling schedule, which means there are no set times for each event.
