Those racing tomorrow: 25-30 minute easy pre-race run, stretch!!!
--be prepared for a muddy course tomorrow, pack changes of clothes
--Bus leaves at 2:45 PM from West Potomac Parking Lot tomorrow
Those who are NOT racing tomorrow
Boys: 30-35 minute recovery run, 3x15 pushups/dips/mountain climbers
Girls: 25-30 minute recovery run, 3x10 pushups/dips/mountain climbers
--tomorrow meet at Franconia Park 3:15pm, you can drive if you have the appropriate forms or can ride the bus**
**if you do not have access to a treadmill then please compete the training on an elliptical or stationary bike
**those who think they may need to be taking a rest day/rehabbing please contact Coach Dietz (jdietz3@vt.edu) with questions
