Next Up: Under the Lights at the Braddock Relays!

Cross country stalwarts will remember the days of the Brentsville Relays, when teams had a great time competing at night on a lit course. The Braddock Relays is new on the schedule for West Po this year, as we change up the racing for this week to compete in a series of 5x2500m relays.  Each gender will have A, B & C relays, and there will also be an "extras" race so that all healthy and eligible athletes get an opportunity to compete in either a relay or the open extras race.

We will have a bus going to the meet departing West Potomac at 1:45pm.  Those competing in the A relays will not have to ride the bus, but get a ride so they arrive by 4:30pm to cheer on their teammates.

There will be a $5 entrance fee for spectators.
