The following should report to practice for the post-season....practice tomorrow at 12:45pm Ft Hunt Park (Area E). If you cannot make practice please ask Coach Dietz (jdietz3@vt.edu) for training instructions.

The post-season roster is based are the workouts, and races at Glory Days as well as today's performance.
For all those interested in competing in Border Wars but not moving on to the post-season please email Coach Dietz and let her know your plans to participate, take a week off from running and then you can return to practice for training. We will start registering athletes next week.
